Step 1. You call us to arrange a mutually convenient time to discuss your needs.
Step 2. Detailed discussion takes place to determine content, timing, date and venue of the workshop.
Step 3. Following our discussion we will send you a broad outline
of the workshop.
Step 4. We will conduct the workshop and at the end of each workshop
the candidates will be asked to complete a satisfaction questionnaire.
Step 5. We will review the completed satisfaction questionnaires
with you so as to ensure appropriate high standards are maintained.
